James Kennedy ’02 named Director of Development
James Kennedy ’02 has been named Director of Development, and assumed his new responsibilities in July.
A 2002 graduate of Regis, Kennedy returned to the English Department in 2007 after undergraduate studies at The University of Virginia. Since the fall of 2015, he has served as Dean of English Language Arts in the REACH program while continuing to serve on the English Department faculty. He earned a Master’s degree from New York University, and has completed the Seminars in Ignatian Leadership with the Jesuit Schools Network.
In announcing the appointment, Regis President Fr. Dan Lahart noted “James’s experience at Regis and REACH provide an outstanding foundation for his new role, as he begins meeting donors and representing the school.”
“I am honored and excited to join the Development Office at Regis,” said Kennedy. “Our alumni and friends are committed, generous supporters of this school and its remarkable mission. From my time as a student and through my years as a teacher, I have developed a deep gratitude for this special place. Now I’m grateful for this opportunity to serve the school and our community in this new role.”
Please join us in welcoming James to his new position.
